Air Conditioner & Furnace Service / Maintenance You Can Trust

Don't get caught in the cold or heat. Bill's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Inc. recommends that you have system checked out before the heat of the summer or the bone chilling cold of the winter.

Maintenance service

Maintenance Service

Our summer checkups include the cleaning of the outdoor coil and the evaporator drain lines  as well as checking safeties, refrigerant levels, and electrical components. For winter checkups, we service and clean the burner assemblies, make sure the controls are working, and oil the motors where necessary. Both checkups include a diagnostic check of the equipment and a 15-point seasonal check. We advise you of any parts that are no longer operational or that look like they could fail during the summer / winter season. We carry most parts on the truck, so we can replace nearly anything that you approve in a timely manner.

Routine Maintenance Service Policies

Our Peak Performance service policies are a great investment to prevent a system breakdown at the worst possible time. For a fixed price, we come out once in the spring and again in the fall to clean, check and assess the operation of your system. We will make sure everything is operating properly and efficently as possible. If you need to have any parts replaced at the time of service you will receive a 10% discount on those parts. This is a yearly renewable policy.

Repair Work
Call us when your air conditioner or heating system breaks down. We can fix virtually anything and get your system back up and running. We carry most parts on the truck, so we can typically replace any bad part we come across on a repair call. While attending to your call, we do a diagnostic check of the equipment and advise you of any parts that appear to be nearing the end of their functional life. You can decide whether to have us replace them on the current visit or to wait.
